1. Service Description

TRA-CE.ai ("the Service") is a causal security intelligence platform that ingests security events, builds causal chains, and provides real-time constraint enforcement and attack pattern detection. The Service is operated by TRA-CE.ai ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We provide TOTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommend enabling it for all accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning against the Service without prior written authorization from TRA-CE.ai
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload malicious code, malware, or payloads intended to compromise the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is yours. Security events you ingest into TRA-CE are processed solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or third-party purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The TRA-CE platform, its source code, algorithms, and documentation are proprietary to TRA-CE.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data, configurations, and custom rules remain your intellectual property. The TRA-CE.ai name and logo are trademarks of TRA-CE.ai.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TRA-CE.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
